" Good booking site, good and clear info regarding insurances. The only bad thing was that we were informed by Auto Europe to pick up the car at Terminal 2 in Frankfurt. We landed at Terminal 1. Once we got to Wheego at Terminal 2 they told us the cars for pick up are in Terminal 1. We lost quite much time going from T1 to T2 and then back to T1 again, and got a bit frustrated. "
" Only downside was that a credit card was required at pick up. Don't think we got that information. We thought a normal bank card with enough money to do the withdrawal would be enough, but it wasn't. I finally had to use my business card for this personal, not ideal but it worked out ok in the end. "

" Up to this date I'm pleased with Auto Europa! Now I don't know! Is there any way to complain about Wheego except of this? It's not this way it will work! I have been working at a car rental company for twelve years and this is not the way to cheat customers! I think Auto Europa have to check their partners carefully! "
" They gave us an old car with some things missing or not working. Because of VERY long time for getting the rental car, we had a time to cach, we had very short of time to check the car before leaving There was some wear and tear wich is normal for an 40000 km car but when we left it they were very curious and "found" scratches. Scratches we saw from when we get the car but didn't take photo of. It was normal for such an old rental car and it was a lot of remarks to check. Because of that we had to pay all of the deposit! I'm sure they will not do anything about those scratches! I choosed a cheap car rental company but the rental became really expensive because of Wheegos cheating of their customers! "
