" Bra service som vanlig och smidig bokningsproces "
" Our plane was supposed to land at 21:10 but due to strong storm in Amsterdam we weren´t the only plane who got delayed. I informed Green Motion (GM) about the half hour delay already in Stockholm before take-off and agreed to call them as soon as the plane landed because they were supposed to close the office at 22:00. He would also inform the busdriver to wait for me (which he didn´t do). After landing at around 22:50 I called several times, but nobody answered the phone. I managed to get the shuttlebus from 22:00 and the driver was so kind to inform the GM-office that I was on the bus, but couldn´t make contact with GM either. I did jump on the bus and arriving at the GM-office (at around 22:10) their door was still open, but nobody was there. I tried to call and could see and hear the phone went off in their office, but again nobody came. The shuttlebusdriver though told me he could see people wandering around on the premisses. I waited and finally someone came in the office stating that the office was closed. I informed him about my conversation with his colleague, but he totally ignored that and didn´t want to hand me over the booked car. I explained to him what I agreed with his colleague, but he simply didn´t mind. When I pointed out their own rules about getting a car after closing hours he suddenly was willing to get my car. I though had to pay him 60 euros extra. He gave me an upgradecar (as he said) and asked me firmly to write a good review. I can imagine there would be extra costs if they have to send in somebody externally, but this guy was already around and the frontdoor to the office was still open. No service. Also the car we got wasn´t cleaned properly and was missing a wiper at the backwindow. "
