" AutoEurope works fine and I use it always whichever country i go to (France, Austria, US, Japan, et.c.) I especially appreciate the posibility to book in advance but with the ability to make a late adaption/change without any problems/costs. Even since some rentals now - I am still unsure about the insurance options - which one do I really need given my situation. "

" At the tume of booking it weas not clear that the car was to picked up via separate transportation to a place outside the airport and not the "Airport Car Rental Center" so it took some time before we could be picked up. The pick up transportation was driving like on a highway when on the local roads - very unsafe driving. Tha car was older tan usual for a rental but OK standards however not cleaned properly inside/outside. "
