" Good communication during booking, preparations and after the rental period. Auto Europe seems to have no influence over the service and decisions towards the rental company if service is lacking on their behalf. "

" We didn't get the car we ordered at first. We got the right car (SUV) after 3-4 hours delay. We were first given a small Honda, then that was replaced with the correct Toyota Prado vehicle. The local driving license that was supposed to be prepared wasn't. It was sent to me 3 days later. At the drop off we had a time agreed, that was one hour delayed. "
