Det visade sig att det var 25£ per dag, så där ljög dom friskt. Vi fick problem med bilen en dag och blev lovade att en mekaniker skulle komma inom en till två timmar. Vi fick till slut köra tillbaka bilen själva och vänta på mekaniker vilket kostade oss en hel semesterdag. "

" I unfortunately had a very negative experience with Auto Europe. I phoned your customer help service line and explained to a very unhelpful operator that my flights had been delayed / cancelled and i wouldn't be able to make it to Bristol to pick up my hire car before Christmas. I asked if i could cancel the booking from Bristol and re-book a new car from Heathrow instead. (This i was told by a representive in Bristol wouldn't be a problem). However your operator just kept saying "i can't (or won't) help you. I can cancel your booking but you won't receive any of money back. Obviously i was beyond my control that i wasn't able to make it to Bristol in time. And then to have to try a solve the problem with such an unheplful operator made the unfortunate experience a whole lot worse. If you are going to have personel work in your customer service department please ask them to try and be pleasant, understanding and just try to help a little. I think i have paid around over £300 for a car i was unable to use I very rarely take part in any feedback surveys but felt obliged to do so now after after a terrible experience. As it stands now i will never use or recommend Auto Europe again "

Your representive at Bristol was excellent and tried to do everything he could, plus more to help me. Unfortunately this was all over shadowed by an extremely unhelpful operator at Auto europe who refused to show any understanding and try to help me cancel my booking and give me any refund and help me with a new booking at Heathrow. Obviously the flights being cancelled are beyond my control. And i was hoping just to be able to cancel my original booking and re-book. But this operator made an unfortunate experience a whole lot worse. And left me with a very bitter after taste As it stands now, i have paid over £300 for a car i never used and had to deal with and an extremely unpleasant lady. I will be reluctant to use or recommend Auto Europe. "

" The queue at the airport to pick up the car took a very long time. There was staff at the (empty) priority queue, but nobody seemed interested in moving the queue along. When I did make it to the desk, the staff representative was fine. The vehicle was supposed to be full-to-full, but hadn't been refuelled. I only noticed this around 20 miles into my journey. I consequently had to call Keddy/Europcar to tell them about this. It took a long time to explain this to the guy at the call centre in India, which was frustrating, and he didn't know about what to do about returning the car with or without fuel. I was given the number of Keddy at Manchester Airport, but nobody picked up. It had been noted on the contract, however, and when I returned the car to Manchester Airport the representative there was very helpful and swift. I would only recommend Keddy on the basis of price, nothing else. "
